A borrower is taken to have accepted and agreed to comply with these conditions, as per University policy MOPP F/1.8 Library resources and borrowing conditions by borrowing library resources.
A library that is current (QUT ID card or community/alumni debtor account card) is needed to be able to borrow.

Renewing your loans

Imposition of charges
Charges are imposed the following.
- have outstanding replacement expenses

- are not able to get back things borrowed off their college libraries.
- For QUT students, an educational sanction should be applied in the event that you:
- neglect to get back things that are far more than 28 days overdue
- neglect to return products borrowed off their college libraries within the ULANZ borrowing scheme.
- Proceeded non-payment or non-return of materials may end in a QUT invoice being raised for the replacement price and can even cause feasible financial obligation recovery action.

Appeals against penalties
